Uniquely stunning, reversible sterling silver chakana pendant with a mother of pearl inlay on the cross and square and embossed silver Inca Four Direction animal totem design. Reverse side features a shell and stone inlay pyramid featuring spondulys shell, chrysocolla, and mother of pearl. Slight differences in color may occur due to use of natural variability of the shell. The center disk section spins on its north-south axis revealing the alternate design. Comes on a 23.5"-24" chain. Dazzlingly hand crafted in Cuzco, Peru.
