Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing envelope.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
